     The Supplier should be fully responsible for failing to initiatively         inform us any application, modification, termination of the data
         and/or authority of its account.

     The first user of Supplier whose application is successfully
         accepted will be regarded as key user of the Supplier. Should
         there be any further user required, please apply through the key
         user.
